Welcome to the Twisted Pretty Spa Membership program, where we make your journey to beauty and wellness even more rewarding. Here's everything you need to know about our membership:

Membership Payment Options:
Monthly Membership: For just $105.00 + GST per month, you can access all the exclusive benefits of our membership program.
Membership Details:
Your membership is set to auto-renew for your convenience. After the initial term, it will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the initial rate unless canceled or terminated.
Member Services:
All member services must be used during the current membership term or before renewal.
You can redeem membership services as long as your membership is active and fees are up to date within each term.
Unused services are non-redeemable once the term is completed, canceled, or terminated, as outlined in the membership agreement.
Your Membership Benefits:
Enjoy one (1) wellness option at Twisted Pretty per month throughout your membership term.
Your membership status must be active for you to redeem wellness options.
Please note that membership services are non-transferable to other individuals or entities.
Birthday Massages:
Schedule your member birthday massages within 2 days of your birthday for the perfect celebration.
Discounts on Products and Services:
As a member, you may also receive discounts on select products and services at the Twisted Pretty, helping you save on your wellness journey.
Rates are subject to change, and payment for retail products and services is due at the time of purchase.
Freezing a Membership:
Sometimes, life throws surprises. If you need to freeze your membership due to extenuating circumstances, we're here to assist.
To be eligible for a freeze, you must be in good standing and have made at least 2 membership payments.
You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 2 months.
Memberships may be unfrozen at any time, with a minimum of 30 days' notice, or will automatically resume on the predetermined freeze end date.
At the end of the freeze term, your dues will continue on your next scheduled electronic funds transfer date.
Your membership expiration date will be extended by the duration of the freeze. Please note that only one complimentary freeze is allowed per term, and additional freeze periods will incur a $9.95 administration fee.
Cancelling a Membership:
If you decide to cancel your membership, please provide us with 30 days' written notice at admin@twistedpretty.ca
