When you book a wedding with Twisted Pretty it is about the whole experience. You and your wedding party have the entire salon to yourselves for up to 3 hours it includes refreshments and a beautiful catered grazing board for you and your party to enjoy.

At the time of Booking a 50% Deposit will be made. All services must be paid for in full 1 week prior to the event. We will require a credit card number on file.Cancellation must be made 1 week prior to the event or 100% will be forfeited. 2 weeks deposit is forfeited, 15 days a full refund will be granted less any event costs already incurred (extensions/travel arrangements, etc.)

Refunds: should you find yourself unhappy with your service please let us know at the time of the service, we guarantee the quality of our work and would be happy to make any changes. Should you leave with your style as is there will be no refunds.
