Similar to trade-based industries, our pricing consists of two components: labor (for your stylist's time and expertise) and parts (primarily for all coloring services). This approach ensures that you pay for the precise service you receive and the specific products used to enhance your hair.

Each stylist's rate is based on their experience and demand. The total cost of your service can vary depending on your chosen stylist, the duration of the service, and the amount of "parts" employed, such as color or toner.

To determine the cost of the color used, we utilize an innovative tool called Salon Scale. This app accurately weighs each ounce mixed, enabling us to provide precise pricing. SalonScale charges may range from $20.00+ for root touch-ups to $75.00+ for balayage, and even up to $200+ for extensive color corrections or transformative changes.

Due to these variables, providing exact quotes for your service can be challenging. For extensions, bridal, and corrective color work, we employ an hourly rate, which may differ among stylists.

Please note that we require either a credit card on file or a 30% deposit for all color and extension services. This policy is in place to cover late cancellations and no-show appointments, ensuring fairness to both our valued clients and our team.

Each case is unique and will be assessed individually. However, it's important to note that we do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered.
