Spa Policies

GUARANTEEING YOUR APPOINTMENT
In consideration of our service providers, we require a deposit or credit card on file. When you come in for your service, it will be applied to the total bill for the day. In the case that you are unable to make your appointment and can provide 24 hours notice, we will issue a gift card for that amount for use on another day. If 24 hours notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.

ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR
Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time to allow for stress-free check-in, a cup of tea and time to settle into the spa environment. Arriving late will limit your time for your service, and potentially reduce its effect and your relaxation. Your treatment must end on time to ensure that the next client is not delayed.

FIRST VISIT? … LUCKY YOU!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to help acquaint you with the spa, fill out your welcome forms and perform a customized consultation to tailor your service as needed.

QUIET ZONE
We kindly ask that you please turn off your cell phone once you enter the relaxation lounge of the spa.
Out of respect for our clientele, LifeStiles has a no children policy unless they are receiving a service with parent.
